Nominate A Speaker

Deadline for Submissions is March 10th

We encourage you to submit any topic related to current and future app, mobile web and tablet strategies and services.

• Please include a proposed session title, 1-2 paragraph abstract, speaker bio, and speaker contact information.
• We do not accept sales pitches or marketing presentations.
• PR firms should only forward proposals that have been approved by the actual presenter. If you will be coordinating a speaker’s participation, provide all your contact information in addition to that of the speakers’

• Because of the high quality of our speakers, we promote our speakers’ and their backgrounds on our website and sometimes in press releases.
• Speakers receive a complimentary conference pass
• We do not provide speaker honorariums or reimburse for expenses
• There is no charge to submit a proposal or to speak, however we do have sponsor packages that included a guaranteed speaking spot
  

Sponsors & Exhibitors
Our sponsors and exhibitors are a critical part of our events and high-value interactive environments at our events would not be possible without them. Sponsors and exhibitors receive preferential speaking consideration.

Speaker Requirements

As a speaker we ask that you:

• Provide a professional quality presentation that is on the agreed upon topic.
• If your session is a panel, allocate time for at least one conference call 3 days before the conference with your session moderator and/or fellow session speakers
• Stick to the time allocated for your presentation
• If you are having a slide presentation or video, provide your presentation to us in electronic form two days prior to the event so that it can be loaded on a conference computer
• Agree that all presentations will be made available for conference attendees (edited version if there are proprietary issues)
• Any roundtables, panels or other discussions may be recorded video and or audio

Guidelines
Times for presentations can range from 15-30 minutes with 5-10 minutes of Q&A. You may take a few moments to introduce your company and it’s products or services, but absolutely NO SALES PRESENTATIONS

Cancellation:

NextVision Media understands that issues arise, and despite all intentions and willingness to present during The App Summit & World of Tablets, sometimes companies will not be able to present the session for which they have been confirmed.  In these cases, we ask that all companies please offer a fully qualified replacement speaker.

Please be aware that we use your name and your company’s name in marketing efforts to enhance the quality of the Conference.  When a company cancels their speaking engagement with little notice, it reflects poorly on both the company and NextVision Media

Speaker substitutions
Speaker substitutions will be looked at on an individual basis. If for some reason you need to cancel, please let us know ASAP, and provide replacement recommendations in case we do not already have a speaker on the waiting list for that particular topic.
